Shipping Policy

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS, PROCESSING TIME & RATES FOR A TYPICAL ORDER?

  • Orders are processed between 9:00 am & 4:00 pm EST Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST Monday – Friday will begin processing the same day.
  • Orders received after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays will be processed the next business day. 
  • Orders leave the building within 1-2 business days of being received.
  • Ground orders are shipped via Canada Post with a non-refundable flat fee depending on shipping address location.
  • All orders are sent out through a standard shipping method
  • Payment will be processed when you place your order.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS, OR MY SHIPMENT IS LATE? 

  • Please contact us at cservice@zwilling.ca with your name and order number and a customer care representative will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  • No. All purchases made through tweezerman.ca are shipped within Canada only.
