What is the difference between this and the Bright Complexion Facial Dermaplaner?
The difference between the Clear Skin Microderm Tool and the Bright Complexion Facial Dermaplaner is the levels of exfoliation. The Clear Skin Microderm Tool provides a deeper exfoliation and should only be used twice per month, while the Bright Complexion Facial Dermaplaner gives a gentler exfoliation and can be used once a week.
Is this safe for acne prone or sensitive skin?
No, this tool should not be used on acne-prone skin or sensitive skin. You should also refrain from using the Clear Skin Microderm Tool if you have sunburn, psoriasis, eczema and broken or irritated skin. Do not use if you have metal sensitivities or allergies.
How often should I use this tool?
Since this tool provides a deeper exfoliation, we recommend only using it once every two weeks. For a lighter exfoliation in between uses with this tool, we recommend trying the Bright Complexion Facial Dermaplaner.
Does this remove facial hair?
No, the Clear Skin Microderm Tool is an exfoliation tool that removes the top layers of dead, dull skin to expose fresh, healthy skin. It does not remove facial hair. If you are interested in facial hair removal, we recommend trying our Smooth Finish Facial Hair Remover or the Prep & Plane Facial Razors.
